Our Story

Treetip Vacation Rentals was founded by two best friends, Dan and Kyle, who met while proudly serving in the United States Marine Corps. During their time stationed together, they forged a lifelong bond that went far beyond their years of service.

After Dan’s tour ended, he transitioned out of the Corps while Kyle chose to stay in. Despite being on different paths, the two remained as close as ever, creating an annual tradition of motorcycle trips to reconnect, share stories, and recharge. During one of these trips, an idea began to take shape: What if they could invest in properties that would allow them to gather their families in beautiful, memorable places year after year?

In 2020, they turned that dream into reality, purchasing their first property together. Since then, their mission has been to provide welcoming spaces for families and guests to create cherished memories of their own.
